Membership Agreement
Please register me as a member of Love Grows Farm Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Program for the upcoming growing season.
I understand that farming is a seasonal and unpredictable.
Undertaking, and that exact selections & Quantities included in the weekly distribution will change as the Season Changes.
As a Love Grows CSA member, I understand that I am responsible for making timely payments according to the payment method I select.
Only paid-up members or their designees will be included on the
weekly distribution List and be eligible to pick up shares.
Payments made are not refundable. However,
people may recruit new members to take over the shares
and arrange to receive payment from the people whom they recruit.
All shares are utilized by the seasons end.
No credits will be forwarded to the next season.
There are no refunds due to the fact that the money collected
is used to plant and care for the farm for the season that you joined.
